B.Occ Ther, Specialised Kinesiologist, NLP Master Practitioner and Meta-Coach
Antoinette Ehmke is an internationally certified coach and an experienced Specialised Kinesiologist. She started her career as an Occupational Therapist, which provided an excellent scientific and professional foundation to help people find balance in their lives and optimise their functioning in all spheres of life.
Her clients since 2003 include many people in management and leadership positions, as well as entrepreneurs and professionals
e.g. psychologists, chiropractors, business analysts and HR specialists.
Her specialty is in helping people to manage their energy and create sensible work-life balance. She is deeply convinced that
people who are whole and healthy are the people whose productivity and efficiency are sustainable in the long run.
As a coach her approach is often unconventional thanks to her extensive training in the medical sciences, alternative healing and cognitive behavioural sciences.
Her sessions are characterised by warmth, compassion and laughter combined with penetrating questions and brutally honest observations.
Many clients have described their coaching sessions as a deeply transformative experience.
Her practice is based in Faerie Glen, Pretoria.

- Qualified cum laude from the University of Pretoria in 1990
- Worked in the fields of addiction rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, neck-and-back care and medico-legal work for 10 years
- Post graduate training: N.D.T. (Neuro-developmental Technique), Numerous Short Workshops and Seminars
- Editor of the South African Journal of Occupational Therapy (1991 – 1993)
- Chairperson of the Western Cape NDT Committee, 1996-1997
- Worked at Riverfield Lodge, Medical Fitness for Work Unit and in Private Practice (Pretoria and Cape Town)
- Worked for MODE from 1997 – 1999 – helping people with disabilities to start their own micro-enterprises
Specialised Kinesiology
- Started with Touch For Health training in 1996
- Completed more than 650 hours of training – including TFH Instructor, PKP, PKP Instructor, 3-in-1 Concepts, Neuro-Organisational Technique (N.O.T) and Integrated Healing.
- President of A.S.K.S.A (Association for Specialised Kinesiologists) from 2001 – 2003
- Have been practicing as a Kinesiologist since 2001 in Faerie Glen, Pretoria. Specialises in Integrative Healing and N.O.T.
Coaching: NLP, Neuro-semantics and GoMAD
- Qualified as NLP Practitioner in 2000
- ACMC (Associated Certified Meta-Coach) in 2003
- Served on the Assist-Team for ACMC Training in 2004, 2005 and 2007
- Founding member of COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa)
- Member of the International Society for Neuro-Semantics
- Member of the Meta-Coach Foundation
- Attended GoMAD (Go Make a Difference) Training in England in 2006, and became a Certified Go MAD coach in 2007.
